Welcome to Clean Cans KY! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Clean Cans KY provides professional trash bin cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Our services are available on a monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, or one-time basis, each with its own service commitment.
Service Plans
- Monthly Service: Requires a minimum of 3 cleanings. Early cancellation before the third cleaning may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the remaining minimum services.
- Bimonthly Service: Requires a minimum of 3 cleanings. Early cancellation before the third cleaning may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the remaining minimum services.
- Quarterly Service: Requires a minimum of 2 cleanings per year. Cancelling before completing the second service may also result in a cancellation fee.
- One-Time Service: No ongoing commitment. Payment is due upon service completion.
2. Scheduling and Access
Customers must ensure trash cans are empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. If access is restricted (e.g., locked gates, cans not curbside), the service may be skipped, and no refund will be issued.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at time of service for all service types. We accept Credit and Debit cards, cash or check.
For recurring customers, if payment is not made at the time of service, we reserve the right to pause future services until the outstanding balance is resolved.
4. Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is a priority at Clean Cans KY. If you’re unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- If the service was not performed to standard, a re-clean or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- No refunds will be provided for missed services due to inaccessible or unprepared bins.
- Cancellations before completing the required minimum number of cleanings in monthly or quarterly plans may result in a charge equal to the cost of the remaining cleanings.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee or forfeiture of that cleaning.
6. Changes to Terms
Clean Cans KY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clean Cans KY is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. While we take great care in our work, we are not responsible for damage resulting from the pre-existing condition of bins or surroundings.
